1. About these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of HueMousse, including our app, website, waitlist, styling tools and Community features. By creating an account or using HueMousse, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must review and agree to them for you. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your credentials secure and activity carried out through your account.
Tell us promptly at support@huemousse.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. What HueMousse provides
HueMousse offers colour tools, wardrobe organisation, outfit suggestions, fit-check feedback, weather-aware inspiration and Community features. The service will evolve, and particular features may be introduced, changed, limited or withdrawn.
Styling suggestions are creative guidance, not a guarantee of fit, colour accuracy, availability, suitability or a particular outcome. Screen settings, lighting, cameras and image quality can all affect colour analysis. You remain responsible for your choices and purchases.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of photographs, wardrobe information and other content you submit. You give HueMousse a limited licence to host, process, reproduce and display that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service.
When you publish content to the Community, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, format and distribute it within HueMousse and to promote the Community. This licence ends when the content is deleted, subject to reasonable technical backups and content already shared outside our control.
You must have the necessary rights and permissions for anything you upload, including permission from identifiable people shown in photographs.
5. Community standards
Do not use HueMousse to post or promote content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, deceptive, invasive of privacy, infringing, dangerous or deliberately harmful. Do not impersonate others, manipulate engagement, scrape the service, introduce malicious code or attempt to bypass security and usage limits.
We may remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or enforce these terms.
6. Subscriptions, purchases and advertising
Some features may require a paid subscription or be subject to usage limits. Prices, billing periods and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. Billing and refunds are generally handled by the relevant app store and are subject to its rules. You can manage or cancel renewal through your app-store account.
Free versions of HueMousse may display clearly identified advertising. Third-party products and services are the responsibility of their providers.
7. HueMousse materials
The HueMousse name, branding, interface, software, editorial content and other materials we provide are owned by us or our licensors. We give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the service except where law expressly permits it.
8. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep HueMousse available and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every suggestion or result will be error-free.
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, HueMousse is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from personal, non-commercial use of the service.
9. Ending use
You may stop using HueMousse at any time. You can request account deletion by contacting support@huemousse.com. We may suspend or end access where you materially breach these terms, create risk or legal exposure, or where the service is discontinued.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms to reflect new features, legal requirements or changes to the service. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where required.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you retain any mandatory protections and rights available under the laws of your home country.
